A soft mousse filling with a high- percentage dark chocolate boasting an intense 80% cacao content, it melts imme-diately while bursting with chocolate aromas. It’s covered with a classic dark chocolate with 70% cacao power. Gentle and sweet on the outside and intense on the inside – pure chocolate indulgence!

A sweet temptation consisting of delicately melting caramel stirred with butter that tastes fabulous. It is combined with a layer of praline, while crunchy caramel crisps are bustling in between the layers. Everything is covered with sumptuous dark milk chocolate.

Elegant & dominant: David Gölles’ Styrian whisky has a starring role in a chocolate ganache made with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and a bit of caramel couverture. This elegant, powerful whiskey, distilled from regional spelt and matured for years in oak barrels, has a beautiful spice and sophisticated notes of grain on the palate alongside echoes of vanilla and roast aromas of chocolate and coffee. This perfect whiskey chocolate buzz is covered in delicious dark chocolate.

Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which we add the delicate taste of maple sugar. We begin with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, with an extremely fruity flavor, matured in oak barrels. We flow the port into a creamy, dark port ganache, and add bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. Covered in 70% dark chocolate, and sweetened only with maple sugar!

Milk Chocolate filled with apricot ganache and marzipan - contains alcohol

An homage to the famous apricot tree gardens of Lower Austria’s Wachau region: a fruity apricot layer, enhanced with apricot brandy, gently sitting on a layer of marzipan, seasoned with a generous dash of apricot brandy and of course some pure apricots. A bit of a boozy mixture that’s sweetly seductive and comes in an exquisite milk chocolate cover with 40% cacao content.
