A crispy, crackling chocolate dream filled with caramel almond nougat, freshly made from caramelized almonds. A touch of white chocolate and a whole lot of crispy waffles are added to the mix. It's thinly coated in milk chocolate and covered in caramel couverture. Crispy, caramelly, and not too sweet.

A white chocolate without an overwhelming sweetness but with an intense milky character, created with aromatic, organic Milk from the Alps, some genuine vanilla, and pure cocoa butter. The sugar is partially substituted by almonds, ground so finely that their texture isn’t noticeable. What remains is an elegant and subtle almondy sweetness.

The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.
