A sweet thank you created with chocolate: delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a tender melting almond praline made with freshly roasted almonds and enhanced with a touch of white chocolate. It is topped with a second layer of delightful marzipan.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
