Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

The chocolate in this bar was pretty tasty – definitely on the lighter side with the milk chocolate and white chocolate ganache. With the inclusion of the poppyseeds, there is a light crunch but not as crunchy as brittle. (I thought it would be crunchier since the poppyseeds were caramelized in the description, but it’s just the normal poppyseed crunch.) I shared this with my coworker who doesn’t really like chocolate, but she enjoyed the texture and taste of this one!

I ordered a 3 pack and this Stress Stopper bar. This was the first one I tried and I throughly enjoyed it. The flavors go so well together and the slight crunch from the poppyseeds are a nice touch.
