The coat is 100% cacao, without any additional sugar, but this creation still boasts plenty of sweetness due to the filling made from selectedsweet dates, which seduce with a creamy softness and a luxurious melt. It’s topped with a thin layer of tender-melting cashew praline, sweetened only with pure date syrup.

Berry and refreshingly tart and fruity: a dark red fruit layer of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, refined with a little wild berry coconut couverture sweetened with date sugar. Topped with a delicately melting coconut blossom nougat with colorful fruit crispies made from strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit and pieces of lemon. Covered with a dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative that is also applied in a wafer-thin layer between the two layers. Made entirely without raw cane sugar.

A softly melting hazelnut praline made from plenty of dark roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter enhanced with crunchy hazelnut brittle, Bourbon vanilla and cinnamon. Wrapped in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and lots of character. Completely vegan!

3 stages of deliciousness: a very fruity, homemade tangerine jelly on a green matcha layer created with a mix of white soy couverture and green tea. Topped by a coconut praline, crispily enhanced with some caramelized coconut flakes. Excitingly different and not too sweet, with a dark chocolate coat boasting a 70% cacao content. Entirely vegan.
