It begins with a sublime biscuit fragrance, accompanied by mild notes of berry, then continues into a multi-layered aroma adventure. On the tongue, slightly nutty notes are replaced by praline, sweet cream, and a lightly spiced cake biscuit. The finish brings a note of raisin, enveloped by hints of grape, lemon, and olive. Nutty nuances and a slightly tingling touch of grapefruit linger on the palate.

Wow… this chocolate is amazing. I hate to sound dramatic but it’s the best chocolate I’ve ever had. There is so many nuances to the flavor I can’t describe it. It’s a delicious treat. You haven’t had dark chocolate until you have eaten zotter’s dark chocolate. It’s very much worth the price. I can’t wait to try the rest I got from zotter because my first experience with this bar has been great!
