Dark chocolate 70% with a fruit layer and coconut praline with fruit pieces

Berry and refreshingly tart and fruity: a dark red fruit layer of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, refined with a little wild berry coconut couverture sweetened with date sugar. Topped with a delicately melting coconut blossom nougat with colorful fruit crispies made from strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit and pieces of lemon. Covered with a dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative that is also applied in a wafer-thin layer between the two layers. Made entirely without raw cane sugar.

Dark chocolate 70% filled with caramel ganache and peanut praline with caramelized peanuts

Whole caramelized peanuts and homemade peanut praline, enhanced with a touch of white chocolate, sit atop a caramel ganache made from exquisite caramel couverture and crunchy caramelized almond praline. All this is enveloped in classic 70% dark chocolate. It's a chocolate bar so good that even Charlie Brown would find happiness in every bite.

A crispy, crackling chocolate dream filled with caramel almond nougat, freshly made from caramelized almonds. A touch of white chocolate and a whole lot of crispy waffles are added to the mix. It's thinly coated in milk chocolate and covered in caramel couverture. Crispy, caramelly, and not too sweet.

Milk chocolate 50% with almond filling 

FLAVOR: Candied Almonds
A filling made with homemade almond praline enhanced with white chocolate. It is combined with an almond brittle made from freshly caramelized burnt almonds, resulting in a delightful crunch. The entire treat is coated in fine milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Dark chocolate 70% filled with cranberry ganache

Our first vegan fruit filling: a sublime, fragrant, and intensely fruity cranberry mousse with a bright pink color. It is created using vegan cranberry couverture, white rice couverture, and a generous amount of cranberries. The mousse has a smooth and tender texture, and a joyful, tangy cranberry flavor. It is covered in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Completely vegan.

FLAVOR: Waffle Brittle
Incredibly crispy and delicately melting: A homemade hazelnut nougat, smooth and rich, crackles with a generous amount of crispy waffle bits. It's thinly coated in 40% milk chocolate, then enveloped in a bolder 60% cocoa milk chocolate. Prepare for a truly sensational chocolate experience.

Dark chocolate 70% filled with whiskey caramel ganache and pecan praline - contains alcohol

A bar to relish slowly: the Whisky leaves a distinct flavor and underlines the dry, acidulous taste of the dark whisky chocolate with its smoky aromas. A perfect combination completely in line with the Scottish tradition.

Milk Chocolate

Oat Milk Chocolate (vegan)

A vegan bar with a 60% cacao content and 40% oat milk instead of milk, without any additional sugar. Traditionally, milk chocolate contains sugar, but with this creation, we do away with it entirely and focus purely on the harmony of cacao and oat milk, whereby the oat milk naturally boasts an astonishing level of sweetness. This is a vegan, mildly sweet milk chocolate alternative with a very high cacao content.

Vegan Caramel bar

Excellent-tasting caramel is undoubtedly achievable in a vegan variant completely without animal milk. Our new caramel creation uses plant-based alternatives like rice and cashew nuts. The result is impressive: its light taste, reminiscent of fat-free caramel fruit sorbet in chocolate form, makes it the perfect summer treat. In addition to its characteristic caramel base, notes of rice pudding and apricot jam play a key role in the aroma of this longlasting delicacy. Vanilla and light grassy notes also enhance the experience. On the palate,
distinctive caramel and nutty cashew notes unfold from the start. As it develops, a unique, not overly sweet sorbet-like caramel and apricot jam character takes center stage, complemented by accents of gently roasted rice and praline. The aftertaste reveals surprising fruity notes of white grapes and apricots.
