Coconut milk couverture with raspberry-coconut filling – An affectionate composition made from raspberry chocolate, raspberry fruits, desiccated coconut and genuine vanilla. Lovingly covered in coconut and milk chocolate - the ultimate taste kick!

Dark chocolate 70% with a fruit layer and coconut praline with fruit pieces

Berry and refreshingly tart and fruity: a dark red fruit layer of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, refined with a little wild berry coconut couverture sweetened with date sugar. Topped with a delicately melting coconut blossom nougat with colorful fruit crispies made from strawberries, blueberries, passion fruit and pieces of lemon. Covered with a dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative that is also applied in a wafer-thin layer between the two layers. Made entirely without raw cane sugar.

Milk chocolate 50% with almond filling 

FLAVOR: Candied Almonds
A filling made with homemade almond praline enhanced with white chocolate. It is combined with an almond brittle made from freshly caramelized burnt almonds, resulting in a delightful crunch. The entire treat is coated in fine milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

The chocolate flirt: a fruity strawberry layer, made with plenty of strawberries and soft marzipan, Pistachios Chocolate is placed on a tender and tender-melting almond praline. It is enhanced with a touch of white chocolate and some chopped pistachios.  chocolate will lift your mood, just like that summer anthem you keep humming all season. It's dipped in milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Dark chocolate 70% filled with caramel ganache and peanut praline with caramelized peanuts

Whole caramelized peanuts and homemade peanut praline, enhanced with a touch of white chocolate, sit atop a caramel ganache made from exquisite caramel couverture and crunchy caramelized almond praline. All this is enveloped in classic 70% dark chocolate. It's a chocolate bar so good that even Charlie Brown would find happiness in every bite.

A crispy, crackling chocolate dream filled with caramel almond nougat, freshly made from caramelized almonds. A touch of white chocolate and a whole lot of crispy waffles are added to the mix. It's thinly coated in milk chocolate and covered in caramel couverture. Crispy, caramelly, and not too sweet.

Dark milk chocolate 60% filled with mango ganache and chili layer – contains alcohol

Fruity mango with a chili vibe. A vibrant mango layer made with mangoes, cashew nougat, and a splash of lime atop a chocolate ganache blended with milk and dark chocolate, intensified with Bird's Eye chili and a dash of sugarcane spirit. All enrobed in milk chocolate with a powerful 60% cocoa punch. Inspired by the beloved street food of Southeast Asia and Mexico, where mangoes are seasoned with chili and salt.

Incredibly crispy and delicately melting: A homemade hazelnut nougat, smooth and rich, crackles with a generous amount of crispy waffle bits. It's thinly coated in 40% milk chocolate, then enveloped in a bolder 60% cocoa milk chocolate. Prepare for a truly sensational chocolate experience.

Fairtrade fine flavor cocoa embodies this philosophy, closely linked to booming African cocoa excellence. For the first time, all five cocoa origins in our new vintage cuvée hail from Africa: Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Togo, and Ghana. The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.

Vegan Caramel bar

Excellent-tasting caramel is undoubtedly achievable in a vegan variant completely without animal milk. Our new caramel creation uses plant-based alternatives like rice and cashew nuts. The result is impressive: its light taste, reminiscent of fat-free caramel fruit sorbet in chocolate form, makes it the perfect summer treat. In addition to its characteristic caramel base, notes of rice pudding and apricot jam play a key role in the aroma of this longlasting delicacy. Vanilla and light grassy notes also enhance the experience. On the palate,
distinctive caramel and nutty cashew notes unfold from the start. As it develops, a unique, not overly sweet sorbet-like caramel and apricot jam character takes center stage, complemented by accents of gently roasted rice and praline. The aftertaste reveals surprising fruity notes of white grapes and apricots.
