Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

While it is really good, it wasn’t giving mango to me at all. It taste a lot like the lemon filled bar. But still, amazing as usual. I do wish it had that sweet ripe mango flavor as opposed to an overpowering citrus.
