An homage to the famous apricot tree gardens of Lower Austria’s Wachau region: a fruity apricot layer, enhanced with apricot brandy, gently sitting on a layer of marzipan, seasoned with a generous dash of apricot brandy and of course some pure apricots. A bit of a boozy mixture that’s sweetly seductive and comes in an exquisite milk chocolate cover with 40% cacao content.

La Dolce Vita: Marzipan soaked in Amaretto, a layer of home-made almond praline. Almonds sweeten your life–in the marzipan, the praline, and in the almond liqueur, whose scent beguiles the senses. Surrounded by dark milk chocolate with 60% of cocoa content and light sweetness of natural sugar.

Coffee Couverture filled with cognac cream - contains alcohol

French Cognac fills the dark chocolate ganache with a rounded and intense taste. Because the Cognac finishes with notes of roasted coffee, the coating fittingly consists of coffee chocolate, using Zotter's own beans, roasted in-house. Zotter's Arabica coffee beans come from the Mexican and Columbian highlands.

Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which we add the delicate taste of maple sugar. We begin with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, with an extremely fruity flavor, matured in oak barrels. We flow the port into a creamy, dark port ganache, and add bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. Covered in 70% dark chocolate, and sweetened only with maple sugar!

Fairtrade fine flavor cocoa embodies this philosophy, closely linked to booming African cocoa excellence. For the first time, all five cocoa origins in our new vintage cuvée hail from Africa: Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Togo, and Ghana. The aromatic result of this blend is sensationally fruity and mild. Interestingly, notable differences emerge between the chocolate's aroma and taste: it exudes scents of plum jam and grapes, with hints of marzipan and gingerbread. On the palate, discover an exotic fruit medley of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented by secondary notes of butter and subtle umami spice accents that enhance its distinct exotic character. And then you experience a super mild aftertaste of a buttery pretzel croissant with woody undertones, harmoniously balanced with a gentle roast.
