Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

This chocolate bar is DELICIOUS! If you’re a fan of Nutella, this is like a tastier, grown-up, elegant version of Nutella in candy bar form with better ingredients. I honestly can’t get over how good this is, and it’s really hard to believe that it’s vegan. It’s just that tasty! The dark chocolate isn’t bitter but rich, and the salt comes through, without being overwhelming, with each bite. I love the little bits of brittle and praline in it – makes it very enjoyable to eat with all the different textures.
