It’s topped with a thin layer of tender-melting cashew praline, sweetened only with pure date syrup.
TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight suggest eating dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

I like cashews just fine, but I’m not a huge fan of dates, so I didn’t expect to much like this bar. Instead, I love it. Yet again Zotter transcends the obvious, and teaches me that I actually do like something I thought I didn’t–in Zotter’s hands!
Sweetened only with dates, there’s no sugar in the way of the taste of chocolate. The taste is deep and delicate. The texture is super smooth–I wondered for a moment if I had the right bar. Marvelous!
If you actually like dates, or know someone who does, this is for them.
And if you like your confections with more taste than sugar, this is for you.
Better yet, it’s for me. Send me a bunch. I could eat this bar all day, every day–it’s that good.

I love this bar so much! The texture of the filling and the bitter 100% cacao covering are wonderful. I usually only eat about 1/4 of the bar to satisfy my sweet tooth (unlike some of the other bars that I can’t put down) but I occasionally eat the whole bar in one sitting, guilt-free!
