50 cents of each chocolate sold goes to the amazing »Chocolate for School« project in Madagascar, which finances school lunches for 770 children aged between 6 and 15. Many of the local families only send their kids to school so they get a warm lunch. That way, these children can fill their bellies and also get an education and the opportunity for a brighter future. It’s a cooperation with the “Jugend Eine Welt” charity. Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

Unique and tasty. The chocolate coating and banana ganache mixed together very well. I actually felt like I was somewhere tropical for a while! I couldn’t quite taste the raspberry part though. The rest however, was nice and sweet.
