TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.

Amazing taste! Such a smooth chocolate and the cherries had a sweet tart taste, not an overpowering taste at all. I did get ill from the corn in this chocolate bar, so if you’re allergic to corn this bar is not for you. But there’s plenty more from this company without added corn.

Chocolate tastes like good quality. my only problem is when you read amarena mousse, i was expecting a smooth soft cream. instead its a harder, buttery cream.

Definitely one of my favorites from Zotter! After trying this for the first time I ordered three more to give away as gifts ! The milk chocolate pairs perfectly with the cherry filing and isn’t too overpowering! It’s excellent !
