Dark Milk Chocolate filled with hazelnut praline and bacon cracklings – Contest of nutty flavors. Cracklings, which are roasted until crispy and then caramelized, develop a unique nutty flavor. Hazelnut praline vies with the cracklings for this nutty aroma. The filling is refined with cinnamon and then coated in a 70% dark chocolate.

TIP: HOW TO ENJOY CHOCOLATE
Chocolate, like red wine, must be at room temperature to develop a full aroma. In order to taste the entire flavor spectrum of our hand-scooped chocolates, we suggest that you delight dark chocolate at 77 °F, milk chocolate at 72 °F and suggest that you delight in white chocolate 68 °F.
